Submission Guidelines

#1 Submit Paper to IEEE INEC 2025

1. Preparing your extended abstract for IEEE INEC 2025.
All submissions should comply with the IEEE format before submission.
Your extended abstract should contain the following sections

  1. Abstract (not more than 150 words)
  2. Introduction
  3. Methods
  4. Results
  5. Discussion (if any)
  6. Conclusion
  7. Acknowledgements
  8. References

2. Extended abstracts will be accepted in .docx and .pdf formats.Figures and graphical schematics if added in the extended abstracts should be at least 600 dpi or more. Note: Uploaded File size should be less than 3MB.

3. Submitting Formatted Extended Abstract to IEEE:After your extended abstract is formatted according to IEEE regulations go to “My Papers” and click on “Add Papers”

4. Type in your 「Submission Title」

5. Type in your 「Abstract」

6. Fill in 「Keywords」, select appropriate 「sections」 and 「presentation type」

7. Upload your 「extended abstract」 in .docx or .pdf file.

8. Confirmation emailOnce you have successfully uploaded your extended abstract you will receive a confirmation email from: contact_us@ieeeinec.org

9. Submission Support:If there are any issues regarding your submission email us at: contact_us@ieeeinec.org

#2 Pay Conferences fee

Once your paper has been accepted, proceed to pay the conference fees in the link provided in the email. Alternatively, you can use your IEEE INEC user account to pay for conference fees.
