Biographical details

She earned her PhD from the University of Nottingham in 2005 and went on to work at the GaN Research Center at Cambridge University. In 2009, she joined the Institute of Semiconductors (CAS) and was awarded the Outstanding Technical Talent plan in CAS. Her research focuses on GaN-based materials, including device fabrication, reliability, and epitaxy. In 2020, she received the honorary award of “Excellent Science and Technology Workers” in the Chinese Academy of Science. She has published over 100 articles cited more than 2,300 times and holds 21 invention patents, including 1 international patent.
