Biographical details

Min-Hung Lee (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2002.,He joined the Electronics Research and Service Organization, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ERSO/ITRI), Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2002, to research strain engineering for column IV semiconductor, such as strained-Si, SiGe, and Si:C FET for high mobility applications. In 2005, he joined the Display Technology Center, Industrial Technology Research Institute (DTC/ITRI), to develop flexible electronic and polycrystalline-silicon TFT technologies for high-performance flat-panel display applications. In 2007, he joined the faculty of the National Taiwan Normal University, Taipei, Taiwan, where he is currently a Professor with the Institute and Undergraduate Program of Electro-Optical Engineering. His research activities are presently in ferroelectric memory/neural network devices, steep slope devices in tunnel/negative capacitance FET, compound semiconductor GaN-based power devices, HIT/CIGS solar cells, flexible electronics, and 2-D material devices.
