Mentor the next generation of engineers and technologists

10th IEEE INTERNATIONAL NANOELECTRONICS CONFERENCE (INEC 2025)

Final Call For Papers

The IEEE INEC 2025 is now accepting papers for submission. All papers will be peer-reviewed and selected for presentation based on their originality, significance, and technical quality.

January 3 – 6, 2025, Fullon Hotel Tamsui Fisherman’s Wharf, NEW TAIPEI CITY, TAIWAN

CONFERENCE MODE (Only for Regular Authors): HYBRID

CONFERENCE THEME: “Interplay” of AI / Gen-AI & Nanotechnology

IEEE International Nanoelectronics Conference (INEC 2025) is the 10th in a series of very successful conferences initiated by the Nanotechnology Chapter of IEEE Singapore Section. It provides an international forum for the presentation, publication and discussion of recent advances in the areas of Nanoelectronics, Nanomaterials, Nanodevices, Nanosystems and IoT as well as the coupled role of nanotechnology on AI and AI on nanotechnology, which is our theme for this edition.

After its great success in Kuching, Malaysia in 2019, and following a long pause due to the pandemic, we are glad to announce that IEEE INEC 2025 will be held in Tamsui, New Taipei City, Taiwan, one of the key semiconductor power houses in the World, from January 3-6, 2025. The conference will be held over 3 days along the coast in a seaside resort.

The INEC 2025 conference will comprise a three-day technical program including oral and poster sessions as well as plenary, keynote and invited speeches. The conference is technically sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS) as well as the IEEE Singapore Section. The INEC 2025 organizing committee invites your active participation at the event by submitting your research work focusing on one or more of the following areas.
